I’m an Honors Psychology student-athlete at Endicott College, also earning a Coaching Certification. I have a passion for athlete mental and physical performance, team culture, and wellness. My background in competitive cheerleading and youth coaching sparked a deep interest in how athletes develop, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
Through internships and hands-on experiences in both clinical and sport settings, I’ve focused on supporting athlete in high-pressure environments. I also advocate for student-athlete mental health as a sports representative and board member for The Hidden Opponent, a national nonprofit. I share insights and resources on mental performance and wellness in sport through my platform, Mind in Motion.
I will continue to pursue internships and work experiences in this field and aim to earn a master’s degree that will help me reach my goals of working in elite or professional sport supporting athletes’ performance and well-being.
