John explains the ACES acronym as a lifestyle, a set of standards that allows the individual to stay focused on their goals and achieve success. I enjoyed that John provides actionable tips and advice for the reader to apply to their own life. While he highlights many incredible points, I would like to share one of my favorite points. John presents an excellent lesson in Chapter 9 that refers to betting on yourself. He reminds us that everyone has challenges and setbacks in life, but your character is defined by how you react to these difficult situations. It begins with believing in your abilities, possessing a positive attitude, and betting on yourself to achieve success.
