It is without hesitation that I recommend Courtney Beck! We first met when she began as a new pharmaceutical representative at Alcon in 2014. We quickly bonded and became friends. As a new representative, Courtney asked for guidance on how to approach the different aspects of selling to HCP’s and office staff. While Courtney was well versed on her knowledge of the products she sold, she was open to coaching and learning the nuances on how to operate and sale within a medical office. Courtney went on to obtain Circle of Excellence for her sales obtainment and forged many strong relationships with HCP’s and office staff during her time at Alcon.
